Ron brings more than five years of experience across accounting, tax, and audit in a range of finance environments, from in-house finance teams to outsourced accounting for U.S. businesses, where he also led and mentored a team of accountants. Working closely with business owners, consultants, and outside accounting teams, he developed a practical approach to complex accounting matters and a clear view of how accounting, tax, and process decisions come together to support the broader business.
For Ron, accurate financials are only valuable when business owners can put them to use. He looks beyond the numbers to spot trends, identify issues early, and offer practical insights into what’s driving results, helping clients plan ahead rather than react after the fact. He takes ownership of every engagement and aims to be a dependable extension of his clients’ teams.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys fun runs and marathons, traveling with close friends, spending time with his parents, and being active in his church. He also takes part in community immersion programs supporting Indigenous communities — experiences that have deepened his sense of empathy and service and continue to shape how he builds relationships with clients and colleagues.
